Lannio beach

A sandy beach that is located immediately before reaching the inhabited area of Cetara (coming from Vietri sul Mare). The name of the beach seems to derive from the “complaints”, the moans of the monks slaughtered by the Saracens during one of the invasions so frequent in the Middle Ages. The Lannio beach is accessed by a short walk that starts from the tower and ends with a flight of stairs.
